Today took a walk after Tango lesson with Christian at Tango Piola (will tell more about that later on..) up to a fabulous monument - The Monumento de los EspaƱoles...a long story, first stone placed 1910.. then finally it was in place 1927.. also known as the Monumento a La Carta Magna y las Cuatro Regiones Argentinas (Monument of the Magna Carta and the Four Argentine Regions).. The fabolous statue is the largest and one of the most beautiful monuments in the city... It is located in Palermo on the intersection of Av. Libertador and Av. Sarmiento.. then I took av libertador down towards Recoleta.. passed the musee art decoratifs (will do that one on tuesday)..in order to visit the famous cementary at Recoleta.. the most stunning cementary I have ever seen... could have passed a full day there
